Drum Set

Composition of drum sets

5. Overlap cymbals. Used to fix the beat and create atmosphere during performance. The cymbal head has a crisp timbre and the cymbal cap has a bright timbre.
6. Forte cymbals. When playing with accents to create a strong atmosphere, use the mallet to hit the edge of the cymbal, usually played with the bass drum.
